Brooklyn Heights Promenade

The Brooklyn Heights Promenade offers some of the best city views. This promenade runs for about 500 meters along the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway. You can view Lower Manhattan, the South Street Seaport, the Brooklyn Bridge and the East River. Perch down on one of the many benches, take postcard-perfect pictures of stroll along the water. On the North side you can walk to the Brooklyn Bridge (and have some ice cream at the famous Brooklyn Ice Cream Factory, on the corner of Old Fulton and Water Street). On the south side you walk straight into the Brooklyn Heights neighbourhood, with its photogenic streets lined with trees and beautifully restored houses.
