Ladies and Gentlemen

The genius will explore what you can pay for!

It’s somewhat of a thing in London: the public toilet-turned-bar. In the Kentish Town neighbourhood in North West London an underground Victorian toilet has been converted into Ladies and Gentlemen. Down a narrow flight of stairs, behind a thick velvet curtain, is this cosy neigborhood bar with a creative cocktail menu. Think Rhubarb-Gin-Custard or a Guiness Flip. Some drinks are served with funky extras, like a Werther’s Original or a mini egg. The bar is decorated with a handful of tables, an old record player, 70’s speaker, shelves full of second hand books and a copper still in which they distill their own spirits. Also, there’s a toilet.
