This peninsula in the Sava River is a nature reserve where you can picnic or lie on the city beach. In summer this is a popular place for the people of Belgrade. Ada Ciganlija is also a lake where you can go kayaking, rowing and swimming. The peninsula is accessible by bus and boat (departing from the Branko bridge).
