Bryant Park summer movies and winter iceskating

Bryant Park is centrally located on Manhattan, just a few blocks from Times Square and Broadway’s theatres. Every Monday night in summer there’s the HBO Bryant Park Film Festival, with free movie screenings on a huge screen.  Everyone brings foods and drinks and settles down on a picnic blanket in the grass. During winter there’s the Winter Village, featuring a free ice skating rink with skate rental, so you can ice skate between the skyscrapers from 8 am till 10 pm. Year round there’re activities like yoga, tai chi and theatre shows.
