Exotic Garden

Take a bus (line 2) to the Exotic Garden, located on a cliff side at the northwestern tip of Monaco. This lovely garden houses all sorts of succulent plants and has a very special atmosphere, with spectacular views of the Old Town, the new neighbourhood of Fontvieille and the port of Monaco. The garden has a large underground cave with many stalactites and stalagmites. Here, scholars have found remains of people who lived here in prehistoric times.
The entrance fee also gives access to the recently renovated Anthropological Museum of Monaco as well as to the Observatory Grotto with some wonderful rock formations.
